They called me 5 minutes ago to tell me my 11:00 pick up isn't available. It's 9:45. I won't get a car "until probably around 4". I'm supposed to drive to Erie at 12 for work. They called me ONE HOUR and 15 minutes prior to my scheduled pick up time to tell me this.
I will NOT book a car through enterprise ever again- especially since this isn't the first issue I've had with this place!
No apology from the woman on the phone; just "well no one is returning their vehicles. We thought they'd return them".
They staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was fast, no nonsense and I was in and out in under ten minutes. The vehicle was in good shape and the extra features made the price more tolerable. I will definitely use their service again.
Scheduled to have a rental car pick me up for today last night. First issue: the guy never entered my address for pick up like I asked him to, and he kept my old address in the system (he was in some sort of rush on the phone-
Update 6/4/17: I contacted the email found below and again explained scenario. I received a call from a manager at the Lancaster Ave location who promised he would be making this right by sending me a free weekend rental. I am still waiting for the piece of mail with my free rental that he told me would be arriving that week. It's been almost a month later. When you already mess up once, the least you can do is ensure you uphold the simple promise of "making things right". Again, the customer service at this place is absolutely terrible.

Very nice staff. Manager was very polite and made sure all of my questions were answered. Even though he was busy and short staffed, Chris remained calm and efficient. Great experience. I will definitely be back.
but I will say...this was not someone at the West Lawn office). I called the West Lawn site this morning to confirm my reservation and pick up location (was corrected)-all was set.
My first visit was through a word-of-mouth recommendation when I just moved to Reading, PA. Elizabeth and the team treated me great! I have used them twice since, and plan to continue using them until (and after, if needed) I get my own motor vehicle! Thanks guys!
Terrible experience. I rent from enterprise in pittsburgh and the West lawn location doesnt even compare. West lawn charged me $350 for a security deposit when the one in pittsburgh only charges me 50. Got an overdraft fee because of it. I will never get my rental from here again. I expect overdraft fees to be paid for by enterprise IMMEDIATELY
